About the Project
The Premier Hockey Federation (PHF) Spotlight Series is a multi-channel video, social and blog campaign developed to showcase the relationship between Discover and the PHF, featuring the remarkable stories of Amanda Pelkey and Madison Packer. This series went live during Women’s History Month, 2023. I led the creative direction, editing, and animation of this series, emphasizing the client’s sponsorship and commitment to women’s hockey.
The project combined single-camera interviews with dynamic social media animations, as well as graphic design, providing an intimate look at how these athletes inspire the next generation. Through engaging social media posts and detailed blog entries, we highlighted their journeys in hockey, the players’ advice to young girls, and showcased their community contributions, creating a cohesive and inspiring narrative across multiple platforms.
The cohesive designs of the social content, blog graphics, and the videos themselves helped creative a unified campaign look that drove engagement and really helped us highlight Discover's commitment to these empowering relationships."
